Hello All!! And Welcome to the 2006

C.B. Pennington Jr. YMCA Piranhas Swim Team!

For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Geoff Grice and I am the head coach for the swim team here at the C.B. Pennington Jr. YMCA.  This is my fourth season with the team and this year looks to be another great year for the Piranhas.  I also have returning as head assistant coach Mark Suplee, as well as some other recognizable faces and maybe a few new ones.

This summer you will see me up at the YMCA pool quite a bit more as I will be the Aquatics Director, with youth sports director John Arbour helping as well.  I also coach year-round swimming for the Bengal Tiger Aquatic Club, and I am pursuing my masters degree at Louisiana State University. 

I am looking forward to having another fun year as the swim team coach and making sure that everyone has just as much fun, if not more, than me!  If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to email me, call me or just stop by the pool to talk.
